Mesa will have a new upscale retreat when the Cambria Hotel Mesa opens.

Construction is underway for the property, located at 3501 South Ellsworth Road. The four-story hotel will offer visitors 107 guest rooms, a rooftop restaurant, lobby bar, outdoor pool, and more. The property is expected to open in early 2027.

A recent Instagram post by O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC, showed the property’s groundbreaking, listing additional amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center, grab-and-go market, guest laundry facilities, meeting rooms, and EV charging stations. The rooftop bar and restaurant will be open to the public and offer views of the surrounding desert — perfect for sundowners.

The project is developed by Aspect Hospitality Group, Clarity Strategic Opportunities, and O’Reilly Hospitality, LLC, with O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC managing the property’s day-to-day operations. Tim O’Reilly, chief executive officer at O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC, was quoted in the post, saying, “We are excited to become a member of the Mesa community and deliver our brand of world-class guest service to the community!”
