Hi Noon Hospitality plans to open B&R Fish Shop at 4343 E. Camelback Road, Suite 400, in Phoenix. Adam Strecker, CEO and founding partner of Hi Noon Hospitality, told What Now Phoenix the team hopes to open in December.

B&R Fish Shop is seeking a Series 10 beer-and-wine store license from the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control. A floor plan submitted with the application labels the project “Fish Market Camelback” and lists approximately 3,500 square feet.

The proposed layout has a dining area, kitchen, service counter, sushi case, refrigerated workspace, dry storage, cooler, and freezer. Plans also show retail fixtures, including designated beer and wine displays.

According to the application, B&R Fish Shop will not have a patio, drive-thru, or walk-up window.

Hi Noon Hospitality operates Buck & Rider, Ingo’s Tasty Food, and Pinyon. Buck & Rider’s original restaurant is nearby at 4225 E. Camelback Road. The seafood brand also has locations in North Scottsdale and Gilbert, with another scheduled to open in Naples, Florida, in late 2026.
