General Admission plans to open this fall at 3737 N. Scottsdale Road in Old Town Scottsdale, according to an announcement on the restaurant’s Instagram page. The address previously housed RnR Gastropub.
The Scottsdale restaurant will function as a full-service dining and nightlife venue built around sports viewing. Renderings released by the company show a dark interior with a long bar, booths, dining tables, and televisions throughout the room.
Los Angeles-based entrepreneur Kamran Pourkazemi founded General Admission. Tigran Nalbandyan, the company’s main investor, has supported General Admission Hospitality’s expansion into new locations.
The brand currently has restaurants in Los Angeles and at the UnCommons development in Las Vegas. Its website now lists Scottsdale alongside those two locations.
Although General Admission has not released a Scottsdale menu, its Las Vegas location offers a sense of the brand’s approach. Customers can order wings, sushi, smashburgers, steak, and seafood. The drinks menu includes margaritas and other cocktails, along with wine and beer.
