Sushi & Mariscos Bella Vista is preparing to expand in Phoenix with a second location at 2120 E. Cactus Rd. While an opening date has not been announced, liquor license records list Socorro Eligio Loya as the business owner.

The restaurant currently operates one location at 15232 N. Cave Creek Rd., where it serves a menu centered on Mexican seafood.

Guests can choose from dishes such as aguachiles, ceviches, oysters, seafood cocktails, soups, fish entrées, shrimp specialties, tacos, burritos, and traditional Mexican plates. The restaurant also regularly hosts live music, reflecting its connection to Mexican culture and creating a lively environment for diners throughout the week.

Although the current menu focuses primarily on Mexican seafood, it remains unclear whether the second location will expand on the “Sushi” portion of the brand’s name, as no menu has been released.

According to the submitted plans, the new restaurant will occupy approximately 4,000 square feet and is currently undergoing tenant improvements. The layout includes a spacious dining room, a central kitchen, a bar, storage areas, and office space.
