The Maggiore Group is getting ready to open its newest fast-casual concept, The Delicatessen, in Phoenix at 12811 N. Tatum Blvd.
The Delicatessen will open in the space formerly occupied by The Rosticceria, according to InbusinessPHX. The new restaurant is scheduled to open on Wednesday, September 10, and will operate daily from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This latest addition joins the Maggiore Group’s lineup of Valley concepts, including Hash Kitchen, The Italiano, and The Mexicano.
The Delicatessen will bring a New York-style Jewish deli experience to Phoenix. The menu will feature hand-carved sandwiches, smoked pastrami, house-cured corned beef, and classic bakery items, including black-and-white cookies. It will also feature a bagel bar with over 25 topping options and a chopped Italian sub station. Signature details, such as an old-school egg cream fountain, soda bar, and vintage diner aesthetic, will round out the dining experience.
