While Uncle Bear’s Grill & Taproom recently opened their new Paradise Valley location, they’re already plotting their next move. A building permit found in city public records indicates that the restaurant and brewery is taking over the Tipsy Coyote Bar & Grill space at 7077 E. Bell Road in Scottsdale.

In a phone call with What Now Phoenix, Uncle Bear’s director of operations Francis Mitchell confirmed that the Scottsdale location is scheduled to be ready in time for summer. The space is currently under construction, as the dining room will be reconfigured into the Uncle Bear’s ambiance that we are familiar with. The existing kitchen, bar, and restrooms will remain.

Uncle Bear’s is a local favorite, serving 16 beers on tap and a satisfying menu of bar favorites such as craft burgers, sliders, wings, and Tex-Mex dishes. Uncle Bear’s proudly brews ten of their own flagship beers and a slew of seasonal offerings at their brewery and taproom in Gilbert. For more information, visit www.unclebearsaz.com.
