7-Eleven, the global convenience store chain, is getting ready to open a new location in Phoenix at 2275 W. Pinnacle Peak Road.
The company’s new location is under construction and has recently appeared in liquor license applications filed with the City of Phoenix. According to the application, the store is expected to be completed in October 2026. While additional details about the opening timeline have not been announced, customers can expect the brand’s traditional convenience-store offerings, including snacks, beverages, fuel services, fresh food options, and delivery via the 7NOW platform.
The Phoenix location was also identified in a recent real estate transaction, first reported by CoStar Group. According to the report, two under-construction 7-Eleven properties in the Phoenix metropolitan area sold for approximately $17.82 million in an all-cash transaction. The seller was Vequity LLC, while the buyer was described only as a private investor. Neither the buyer nor any operating partner has been publicly identified.
CoStar identified the Pinnacle Peak Road property as one of the assets included in the transaction. Although project plans for the Phoenix site have not been publicly detailed, the development appears to be moving forward as construction continues. The liquor license filing notes that the premises are currently closed due to construction and that the location will not include a patio, walk up window, or drive through service.
Founded in 1927, 7-Eleven has grown into the world’s largest convenience retailer, operating more than 86,000 stores across 19 countries. The company has expanded beyond traditional convenience offerings through brands including Speedway, Stripes, Laredo Taco Company, and Raise the Roost Chicken & Biscuits.
Customers visiting the new Phoenix store can expect many of the products and services commonly found across the chain’s locations. Offerings typically include coffee, hot food items, fresh foods, Slurpee drinks, Big Gulp beverages, fuel services, loyalty programs, and on-demand delivery options. This will be an excellent landing space for 7-Eleven as the company continues expanding its footprint throughout the Valley.
