Two new wellness destinations are soon to open in Arizona. The destinations will offer several services and features to guests. These openings will also expand Life Time brand’s presence in Arizona.

Life Time to Open Two New Athletic Destinations in Arizona

Two luxury athletic country clubs are opening in the Phoenix metro, including a 91,000-square-foot facility and a 102,000-square-foot location. The former is Life Time Paradise Valley, which will anchor the larger mixed-use development in the area. The latter is Life Time Ocotillo, which will continue the brand’s investment in the East Valley.

Life Time Paradise Valley will open on April 30, 2026, with doors opening at 4 a.m. The opening will be followed by media and influencer tours throughout the day. The opening is part of a larger mixed-use development in the area.

Life Time Ocotillo will open on May 4, 2026. The destination will also offer media and influence tours throughout the opening day.

Amenities and Features Inside the Clubs

Life Time Paradise Valley and Life Time Ocotillo will feature several wellness features and services. Each club will feature indoor pickleball and tennis courts, along with boutique studios for yoga, cycling, barre, and Pilates. They will also feature a large workout floor with strength and cardio equipment.

The athletic country clubs will feature a rooftop pool with an outdoor bistro. A recovery area will offer cryotherapy, HydroMassage, and compression therapy. Guests can opt for personal training and stretch services.

A Kids Academy for young guests aged 3 months to 12 years will offer services suitable for young guests. Guests can choose from healthy meals and drinks at LifeCafe. Premium locker rooms with saunas, steam rooms, and cold plunges will be available. There is also a bar and lounge for added relaxation at Life Time Paradise Valley.
