Elite Garages Scottsdale is planning a new luxury garage condominium development near Loop 101 and Bell Road in North Scottsdale. Reservations are now open for the project, which will include 32 privately owned garage suites.
Construction is expected to begin in December 2026, with completion planned for late 2027. Each suite will be individually deeded and can be used for vehicle storage, collections, workshops, entertainment, or other personal uses.
The garages will have approximately 22-foot ceilings, insulated walls and doors, individual HVAC systems, 200-amp electrical service, water and sewer connections, and smart-enabled overhead doors. The property will also have gated 24/7 access and video surveillance.
Owners will be able to customize their units with mezzanines, vehicle lifts, private restrooms, epoxy flooring, and custom interior finishes.
A private clubhouse with a kitchen, restrooms, and event space is also planned. The property is minutes from WestWorld of Scottsdale, Scottsdale Airpark, and the site of the annual Barrett-Jackson collector car auction.
Platinum Advisors, an Arizona-based commercial real estate firm, is developing Elite Garages Scottsdale. Jim Riggs, founder and CEO of the company, has more than 25 years of experience in real estate development.
The company is also behind Cartique, a separate automotive-focused project planned for Scottsdale that is expected to include dining, art, simulators, events, and other experiences.
