The Toy Barn is planning its largest location yet at Mack Innovation Park in north Scottsdale, according to the Phoenix Business Journal. The luxury garage company expects to begin construction on the first phase of the project in spring 2027.
The new Toy Barn will sit on 10 acres near Loop 101 and Bell Road. Plans call for six buildings totaling about 205,000 square feet, with 135 individually owned garage condos planned across two phases.
The first phase will cover about five acres and include 64 suites across 98,000 square feet, plus a 6,000-square-foot clubhouse. A second phase could break ground in fall 2027 on an adjacent five-acre parcel.
Toy Barn specializes in private garage spaces that owners can use for cars, motorcycles, boats, off-road vehicles, and other collections. The North Scottsdale units will have tall ceilings, Wi-Fi capabilities, climate control, oversized garage doors, and plumbing, with owners able to customize their spaces.
The new location is also expected to have a rooftop patio with views of the McDowell Mountains, along with a clubhouse for meetings and events.
Toy Barn opened its first Arizona location in 2010 and now has locations across Scottsdale, Chandler, and Cave Creek. Follow Toy Barn on Instagram for updates as the North Scottsdale project moves forward.
