Several makers will also offer small bites featuring their packaged goods, including fermented cashew cheese and small-batch condiments. More than a dozen Oregon-based beverage producers will be on hand with vegan-friendly tastings.

Guests can also choose from wine, spirit tastings, craft beer, and cider along with mini cocktails. Held inside a 15,000-square-foot refurbished warehouse, the festival will feature live DJ sets by Honest John and limited-edition merch.
