Serving “Chinese smoothies, fruit teas, milk teas & our signature tea lattes,” Chin Cha is a bubble tea shop with locations in Lake Oswego and in Cypress, TX. The brand does not appear to be stopping at two locations, however, as Chin Cha is preparing to open a new store in the small business center at Northeast Fremont Street and Northeast 41st Avenue.
Bridgetown Bites reported on plans for the new Chin Cha last week, saying a tipster had seen signs for the new bubble tea spot go up in the business center in question.
“A little research indicates they registered the business with the state in May 2025 in the space that was Frazier Health Management (Suite B),” the coverage says.
The menu in the Cypress, TX location features Floral Tea Lattes like the Jasmine Green Tea Latte and the Rose Black Tea Latte, along with Boba Tea, Matcha Tea, and Hand-Shaken Lemon Tea.
What Now reached out to owner John Zhen on Monday to ask about plans for the new Chin Cha. Zhen was not immediately available to comment on the news.
