According to a recent permit filing, Harder Day Coffee Company has filed for a third location at 4615 NE Sandy Boulevard.

“We are hoping to open in the late summer. We will feature a wide variety of pastries, small bites, ice cream, and desserts. We intend to add beer and wine too,” co-owner Brody Day told What Now Portland.

“Harder Day is my business partner’s (Dustin Harder) and my last name combined. It just seemed to fit together. We started by founding Steeplejack Brewing and we are passionate about great, quality coffee so we felt it was good timing to start a coffee company. We founded a bakery around the same time to supply our shops with pastry.”

Harder Day’s website states, “The Harder Day Coffee Company is a family-owned and operated coffee company that roasts coffee in small batches and creates welcoming spaces to enjoy our coffee, pastries, beer, and wine.”

“Harder Day Coffee provides deliciously sourced coffee and hand roasts each small batch to provide you with the best cup of coffee we can.”
