According to a recent permit filing, La Bottega will soon change ownership in Vancouver at 1905 Main Street.

“I will be taking over the concept, but we will not be changing anything. Everything for La Bottega will stay the same. Since we had to apply for a liquor license for the change of hands, we’re hoping to execute that by the middle of May for a full takeover,” owner Gurpreet Singh told What Now Portland.

“We will continue to focus on the same neighborhood connections and our community. Potentially in the future, we will also aim for marketing further in Vancouver and Portland.”

According to the company website, “La Bottega is an Italian Café, Deli, and Wine Shop in Vancouver, Washington. We work with a small group of trusted vendors and distributors to bring the finest food products to our growing community.”

“Founded in 2006 by Peter & Lisa Dougherty, La Bottega is a locally owned, family-operated restaurant. With a passion for food, we have a from-scratch kitchen offering a variety of locally sourced (when in season) quality foods that are always served with a smile.”

“Coupled with our unique retail and wine selection “La Bottega is always here for those who love to cook, as well as those who don’t.”
