According to a recent permit filing, Takumi-Ko Japanese Cuisine has filed for a location in Washougal at 1926 Main Street.
“Our goal opening date will be sometime in June. Takumi-Ko will be offering sushi and ramen,” the owner of Takumi-Ko, ShuHui Xu, told What Now Portland.
According to Washington Company Search, Takumi-Ko Japanese Cuisine INC was incorporated on March 18th, 2024. ShuHui Xu is listed on the business filing and the permit.
The permit filing for Takumi-Ko Japanese Cuisine is listed for a take-out/delivery endorsement, a beer/wine rest, and an off-premises permit.
When it comes to the property itself, according to Loop Net, the property is approximately 1,900 square feet. “The building has a main & large basement. pool table, karaoke, wine bar, food service, gambling machines, and some entertainment equipment. Located in downtown Washougal.”
