A New Ramen House is Coming to Elk Grove

8 Hours Ramen House is bringing authentic ramen to a shopping center on Elk Grove Blvd.

A new liquor license can be found pending for a new ramen restaurant in Elk Grove. 8 Hours Ramen House is taking over the former Happy Dumpling House space at 8469 Elk Grove Blvd, Ste 8. The restaurant is anticipated to open in early September.

The new ramen house is owned and operated by Hailin Liu and Haochen Jiang and will serve authentic Japanese ramen, small plates, beer, and wine. The eatery is joining an existing pocket with several other Eatern Asian eateries, sitting between Fuji Sushi and a Vietnamese restaurant. Other eateries in the center including hot pot restaurant Tasty Pot, Satori Sushi & Teriyaki Grill, and RĀW Superfood To-go.

8 Hours Ramen will bring local foodies, another great option for authentic ramen, to Elk Grove’s restaurant scene. What Now Sacramento reached out to Liu for comments and details but hadn’t heard back by the time of this coverage.

Other businesses around the center where the restaurant is proposed include Walmart, the Laguna 99 Plaza, a locksmith, a hair salon, and a credit union.
