Exactly what’s going on with the Dutch Bros planned to join the pad at the intersection of Corporate Way and Greenhaven Drive?
Words about a proposed Dutch Bros first came out in 2022. It appears the project is steadily moving forward and has made some significant progress. The project, combined with the construction of an unannounced quick-service restaurant, proposed to build a 3,135-square-foot building with two commercial suites.
As of the beginning of this year, the Dutch Bros on Corporate Way project has received the Mitigated Negative Declaration and the comment period ended in January, 2024. No new update was available at this stage. The 909-square-foot Suite A will be occupied by a Dutch Bros location with a drive through. Dutch Bros confirmed with What Now Sacramento that the location is owned and operated by Elk Grove-based multi-unit franchisee Kyle Garrett.
Dutch Bros are also working on a few new locations in Sacramento, including another corporate-owned location in Rancho Cordova.
