An exciting new development called the Roseville Junction is planned to break grounds before the end of 2023. The project is set to include a complex with nine pickleball courts, called Electric Pickle, in response to the nationwide pickleball frenzy.

The Roseville location will be the third Electric Pickles in the nation. The complex will feature nine pickleball courts, an indoor-outdoor bar, a restaurant, and a lawn for live music and community gatherings. The two-story complex is anticipated to open in the summer of 2024. Meanwhile, the first Electric Pickle complex is set to break its grounds in Las Vegas in the spring of 2024, with another recently broken grounds in Tempa

Electric Pickle was founded by Paul Frederick, Guillermo Mascarenas, and Eduardo Gomez, who also own and operate the Carolo Corporation and Eureka! Restaurant Group. Earlier this year, Knighthead Capital Management also announced a joint partnership with the founders for the pickleball concept.

“Pickleball is an incredibly social game, and we are thrilled to unify those who play the sport through the opening of Electric Pickle complexes in key regions throughout the United States,” said Tom Wagner, Co-Founder of Knighthead Capital Management LLC in a press release.
