A quick-service poke bar will soon open its fourth California location.

According to Sacramento Business Journal, Fish & Things Poke Bar is launching a new eatery in Folsom’s Palladio at Broadstone, taking over the former site of Poke Noke at 230 Palladio Pkwy, Suite 1203.

Founded in 2017, the casual poke bar has built a loyal following for its signature poke bowls and customizable options. Beyond poke, the menu features salmon burgers, poke tacos, a variety of rolls, sushi, teriyaki chicken, Spam musubi, wonton chips, and pan-seared salmon.

The chain currently operates three sites in Elk Grove, San Diego, and San Jose. Its first franchise opened in San Jose in March 2023, with the San Diego site following later that year. Franchisee Reuben Rodriguez will oversee the Folsom location.

The new restaurant is scheduled to debut on June 1, 2025, confirmed founder and CEO Nam Huynh.
