It looks like West Sacramento’s upcoming Club Pheasant redevelopment could be gaining another tasty addition.
According to an earlier report from publicnow.com, the development at 2525 Jefferson Blvd will feature a “standout tenant lineup,” potentially including OBO’ Italian Table & Bar. Previously announced tenants include Temple Coffee Roasters, Jack’s Urban Eats, and a new Club Pheasant Bar.
Founded in 2016 under the Selland Family Restaurants umbrella (Ella Dining Room & Bar, The Kitchen, and Sellands Neighborhood Cafe & Bar), OBO’ has built a reputation for rustic, Italian-inspired fare. While specifics for the West Sacramento location haven’t been released yet, locals can expect handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, fresh salads, hot and cold sandwiches, and decadent desserts.
The Club Pheasant redevelopment is part of a larger effort to transform the former Club Pheasant Italian-American restaurant site into a vibrant mixed-use destination, combining dining, retail, and entertainment spaces. The project aims to create a neighborhood hub that attracts both locals and visitors, breathing new life into the area while preserving its community-oriented spirit.
Construction on the project could begin as early as summer 2026, with a grand opening slated for summer 2028. What Now Sacramento has reached out to Selland Family Restaurants for more details and will provide updates as they become available.
