Folsom’s Palladio is about to welcome a new business full of flames and meat after Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse’s permanent closure as the lease ended. Oz Korean BBQ has signed the lease to take over the vacant space at 380 Palladio Parkway, Suite 305.

According to the news reported by the Sacramento Business Journal, construction for the space is anticipated to begin soon and the restaurant is anticipated to open in spring 2025.

Oz Korean BBQ is a family-owned and -operated chain with 2 other locations around the Sacramento area. The chain opened its first location in 2004 and currently operates restaurants in Sacramento on Bradshaw Rd, and in Elk Grove inside the Stonelake Landing shopping center.

Owner Peter Kim told the Business Journal that the Folsom restaurant will provide the same dining experience as the other locations, including the menu and the group-oriented dining format, the AYCE menu, and the standalone bar menu featuring bar specials and small appetizers.

In addition to the Oz, Palladio is also anticipating the opening of Pier 50 Sushi and a Shake Shack location.
