A fast-casual Asian-inspired restaurant franchise is expanding to Folsom.
Local franchisees Arjun Sreeram and Uday Datla are bringing Teriyaki Madness to the Trail Creek Crossing retail center at 1300 E Bidwell St, Suite 135, a company representative told What Now Sacramento.
Known for its made-to-order teriyaki bowls, Teriyaki Madness serves up a variety of marinated and grilled proteins—think chicken, steak, tofu, and salmon—paired with your choice of rice or noodles, plus fresh stir-fried vegetables.
The Denver-based franchise operates more than 160 locations across the United States, with additional outposts in Mexico and Canada. Locally, Teriyaki Madness already has two sites in West Sacramento and Citrus Heights.
Sreeram and Datla sealed the deal on their lease in April, and the new Folsom location is projected to open its doors in late 2025.
