New businesses are lining up in El Dorado Hills in 2024. We recently reported a new brewery is hunting for a physical location in the area. Now, we have exciting news for another business entering the market in 2024: a Teriyaki Madness location is in the works at 4060 Town Center Boulevard and is anticipated to open in mid-2024.

The El Dorado Hills location is operated by franchisee Sandeep Dhanda. Dhanda is a seasoned franchisee owner and also owns several 7-11 and Dunkin locations. The El Dorado Hills restaurant is part of Teriyaki Madness’ expansion plan for 2024. The El Dorado Hills location on Town Center Blvd will be a new construction.

Teriyaki Madness is a Denver-based franchise specializing in teriyaki bowls. The chain was founded in 2003 and currently has franchise agreements for nearly 150 locations in the U.S. The chain is also working on a location in Citrus Hills with another franchisee. The Citrus Hills location is anticipated in the second quarter of 2024.
