7 Brew Coffee, a drive-thru coffee and beverage brand, is getting ready to open a new location in San Antonio at 11982 Alamo Ranch.

The project will involve ground-up construction of a 560-square-foot, drive-thru-only coffee shop, according to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Construction is scheduled to begin September 1, 2026, with completion expected January 15, 2027. The project is estimated to cost $1 million. An exact opening date has not been announced.

The new location will be privately funded and built on private land for private use, according to the filing. The project is listed as 7Brew Coffee Shop Alamo Ranch, with the facility name listed as 7Brew Coffee. The San Antonio location will add another 7 Brew stand as the company continues to expand its drive-thru coffee concept.

7 Brew was founded in 2017 in Northwest Arkansas and had grown to seven stands by 2020. On January 7, 2020, an entrepreneurial group purchased the company and operates 7 Brew as Brew Culture LLC. The company says its growth has since expanded to more than 800 stands across 38 states, with more than 45,000 Brew Crew members.

The menu includes more than 20,000 possible drink combinations across seven categories. Customers can choose from coffees, 7 Energy drinks, 7 Fizz Sodas, teas, lemonades, smoothies, and shakes. The menu also includes featured drinks, 7 Originals, 7 Classics, and options featuring chai and matcha.

7 Brew is a drive-thru-only concept focused on customized handcrafted drinks and quick service. The company says its mission centers on “Cultivating Kindness,” with its Brew Crew serving customers and participating in community efforts. The company also reports more than $1.3 million in total donations and more than five million drinks donated to community organizations.
