Fork to Fit Kitchen is expanding into Boerne with a new location planned at 35590 IH-10, Suite 102, according to Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation records. The upcoming restaurant will be part of the company’s broader expansion beyond the Rio Grande Valley.

The Boerne project, registered under TABS2027001940, calls for a 1,185-square-foot restaurant interior finish-out with an estimated construction cost of $390,000. Construction is scheduled to begin November 2, 2026, with an estimated completion date of March 20, 2027.

Fork to Fit Kitchen was founded in 2018 and has grown from its Rio Grande Valley roots into a multi-location Texas concept. The company describes its food as fresh, macro-friendly meals made daily, with meals labeled with calories and macronutrient information. Its offerings include prepared meals, custom bowls, protein shakes, coffee, and other menu items.

The company currently has locations across McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, and Weslaco, and says it has 10 locations across Texas. Fork to Fit has also begun franchising as it expands beyond its original Rio Grande Valley market.

The Boerne restaurant is connected to the company’s recently announced expansion agreement with G5 Restaurant Group, LLC, led by franchisee Dr. Narciso Gonzalez. The four-unit development agreement is bringing Fork to Fit to the greater San Antonio area, with Ethan Gonzalez serving as principal operator for the locations.

Site selection for the broader San Antonio expansion has included areas such as Schertz, the Culebra corridor, and Encino Park, with additional opportunities near La Cantera and City Base also being evaluated.

At its existing locations, Fork to Fit offers grab-and-go meals that are prepared fresh and labeled with nutritional information. Customers can also order shakes and coffee, while the company says its meals are made without seed oils, using olive oil or beef tallow instead.

The Boerne project lists G5 Restaurant Group Unit 4 Boerne / Narciso Gonzalez as the tenant, ABISO Boerne LP as the property owner, and Kyle Tostenson, Architect as the design firm.

An exact opening date for the Boerne location has not been announced. The TDLR filing currently estimates construction completion for March 20, 2027.

What Now San Antonio reached out to Fork to Fit Kitchen for additional information about the upcoming Boerne location but did not receive a response at the time of publication.
