A new sushi concept is planned for San Antonio’s Coopers Row development, with Nori Hand Roll Bar & Sushi set to undergo a nearly 3,000-square-foot interior build-out.
The project is planned for 1118 E. Elmira St., Building 1, San Antonio, TX 78212, according to Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation records. The project, registered as TABS2026027712, calls for a new interior restaurant finish-out within an existing building.
The approximately 2,995-square-foot project carries an estimated construction cost of $557,375. Work is scheduled to begin Sept. 28, 2026, with completion targeted for April 16, 2027.
Nori Hand Roll Bar & Sushi is listed as the project name, while Deukbok Cha is identified as the tenant. Quincy Residential LLC is listed as the property owner, and Integrated Studio LLC is the design firm.
The project is currently registered, with Andy Castillo listed as the person filing the project.
Additional details about the restaurant’s menu, ownership and opening plans were not included in the project filing.
