The project, listed as Whataburger under project number TABS2026028319, calls for the tenant finish-out of an existing leased space. The approximately 3,320-square-foot project carries an estimated construction cost of $400,000.
Construction is scheduled to begin September 20, 2026, with completion expected November 4, 2026. The project is privately funded and will take place on private land for private use. TDLR currently lists the project as registered.
Fusion-AE is serving as the design firm, while Clinton P. Ryan, RAS #1333, is listed as the registered accessibility specialist. Eusebio Padilla is listed as the person filing the project.
