Advance Auto Parts, an automotive aftermarket parts retailer, is getting ready to open a new location in San Antonio at 12635 W Interstate 10, Suite 545.

The project calls for the interior fit-up of an existing 27,294-square-foot tenant space into a new Advance Auto Parts store at the Fiesta Trail Shopping Center, according to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Construction is scheduled to begin December 1, 2026, with completion expected March 1, 2027. The project has an estimated cost of $980,000 and is privately funded.

The filing identifies the project as a renovation and alteration, focused on converting the existing space for Advance Auto Parts. Advance Auto Parts serves both professional installers and do-it-yourself customers with automotive aftermarket parts and related products. The company provides parts, accessories, and other automotive offerings through its stores and online shopping platform.

As of April 25, 2026, Advance Auto Parts operated 4,308 stores primarily across the United States, with additional locations in Canada, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The company also served 797 independently owned Carquest-branded stores across those areas, as well as Mexico and various Caribbean islands.

The San Antonio location will add another Advance Auto Parts store to the company’s network as the existing tenant space is converted for its use. Once the project is complete, customers will be able to shop for automotive aftermarket parts and accessories at the new location.
