Quick Quack Car Wash is planning a new location in San Antonio at 11933 Perrin Beitel Road, according to project records filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

The project, listed under TABS2026028080, calls for the ground-up construction of a new 3,588-square-foot car wash. The project carries an estimated construction cost of $1 million and is privately funded.

Construction is scheduled to begin December 15, 2026, with completion anticipated May 15, 2027, according to the filing.

The planned Quick Quack Car Wash will be located at 11933 Perrin Beitel Road, San Antonio, TX 78217, in Bexar County.

QQSA Investments is listed as the project owner, with Elevate Engineering serving as the design firm. The project does not yet list a tenant contact.

Quick Quack Car Wash is known for its express car wash model, offering customers a convenient way to clean their vehicles without the traditional full-service car wash process.

The project is currently listed as registered, with construction expected to begin in late 2026.

We reached out to the project representatives for comment but had not received a response at the time of publication. WhatNow San Antonio will continue to follow the project and provide updates as more information becomes available.
