The project, listed under TABS2027002158, calls for the renovation of an existing 2,704-square-foot space at 19903 Stone Oak Parkway, Suite 204, San Antonio, TX 78258.

According to the filing, the project will involve interior alterations to the existing space, including the installation of four golf simulators and supporting services. The renovation has an estimated cost of $176,843 and is privately funded on private land for private use.

Construction is scheduled to begin on November 1, 2026, with completion anticipated by March 1, 2027. The project is currently listed as registered with TDLR.
