According to the filing, the project has an estimated construction cost of approximately $3.15 million. Construction is scheduled to begin September 1, 2026, with completion targeted for March 1, 2027.
The project is privately funded and will involve tenant improvements to the existing building. The filing identifies Fitness Investors San Antonio as the property owner and Brittany Arquette as the tenant.
James E. Stroh, Architect, Inc. is listed as the design firm for the project, while George A. Patterson is listed as the registered accessibility specialist.
