dd’s Discounts is planning a new San Antonio location at 2902 Goliad Road, with a major tenant improvement project set to transform a more than 32,000-square-foot space.

The project, listed under TABS2026028787 with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, calls for a 32,546-square-foot tenant interior fit-out at 2902 Goliad Road, Suite 116, San Antonio, TX 78223.

According to project records, the work carries an estimated construction cost of $1.4 million and will include new finishes throughout the interior. Minor exterior modifications are also planned, including the installation of new entry and exit doors.

Construction is currently scheduled to begin June 1, 2027, with completion targeted for September 1, 2027.

The project is classified as a renovation and alteration and is privately funded on private property. The tenant is listed as Kevin Costa, while Pleasanton Partners LP is identified as the property owner.

MCG Architecture is listed as the design firm for the project, with BLAIR, BAKER serving as the registered architect.

The project is currently listed as registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

At this time, additional details about the planned dd’s Discounts location, including an opening date, have not been announced.
