Casa Mia’s new location is slated for 677 Laurel St., Suite B, in San Carlos, according to a California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control license filing. The new location will bring the Casa Mia name to the Peninsula. An opening date has not been publicly announced.
Casa Mia’s existing restaurant concept describes itself as a destination for breakfast and other casual dining, combining traditional breakfast dishes with more contemporary preparations. According to the company’s website, the restaurant focuses on fresh ingredients and recipes prepared with an emphasis on flavor and freshness.
The business also offers catering for birthdays, corporate events, weddings, and other gatherings. The restaurant’s menu includes a selection of breakfast and Mexican-inspired dishes. Existing Casa Mia offerings include chilaquiles, breakfast plates, and other morning favorites, with the restaurant also serving beverages such as Mexican hot chocolate.
The San Jose location currently operates at 856 Blossom Hill Road and offers dine-in, takeout, reservations, and catering.
