According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, a new cafe, Bubbles & Delights, is preparing to open in Pelatuma.
Coming to 359 E Washington Street, the eatery will land near establishments such as CVS, El Roy’s Taco Truck, and Taco Bell.
What Now San Francisco reached out to the concept’s owner, Debra Cargile, to inquire about her plans for the spot, but she could not provide additional insight before publication.
While little information about Bubble & Delights is currently available, Cargile is also the owner of Deb’s Kitchen Petaluma, a pizza shop at 401 Kenilworth Drive, Suite 910.
An opening date for Bubbles & Delights has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
