Notte Divino is preparing to open at 37 Caledonia Street in Sausalito, taking over the former Osteria Divino space under new ownership. The restaurant is expected to officially debut on July 24, according to the San Francisco Business Times.

The concept is led by Jaxton Funk and Johnny Metheny, a co-owner of San Francisco’s Blue Light, who plan to preserve the neighborhood favorite’s Italian roots while introducing a fresh nightlife element. The new owners intend to extend operating hours until 1 a.m., creating a destination that transitions from dinner service into an evening cocktail lounge with live entertainment.

According to the restaurant’s website, Notte Divino will feature Southern Italian cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, curated wines and live jazz performances in an intimate, candlelit setting. The menu will highlight handmade pastas, fresh seafood and seasonal dishes inspired by the coastal flavors of Southern Italy.

Located in Sausalito’s Caledonia Street commercial district, the restaurant aims to build on Osteria Divino’s longtime reputation while offering residents and visitors a vibrant new gathering place for dinner, drinks and late-night music.
