A favorite breakfast joint in Berkeley, Rick & Ann’s Restaurant served delectable treats, such as orange-rice flour pancakes with blueberries. Other menu highlights were Ann’s Curry Tofu Scramble, Grilled Meatloaf Sandwich, and Caesar Salad.
