Boot Barn Coming to The Marketplace at Factoria in Bellevue

The store would become the western and workwear retailer’s 12th Washington location

Boot Barn is preparing to open at The Marketplace at Factoria in Bellevue. The shopping center’s online directory lists the retailer as coming soon for an 11,169-square-foot space at 4026 Factoria Mall SE. An opening date has not yet been announced.

Founded in 1978, Boot Barn operates more than 500 stores in 49 U.S. states and is the country’s largest western and workwear retailer. Its merchandise includes cowboy boots, work boots, western clothing, workwear, denim, hats, outdoor gear, accessories, and western-inspired fashion.

The Bellevue store would expand Boot Barn’s Washington footprint to 12 locations. The company currently operates stores in Bellingham, Burlington, Fife, Kennewick, Lacey, Puyallup, Marysville’s Smokey Point area, Spokane, Spokane Valley, Tukwila, and Yakima, according to its online store directory.

The upcoming location will place Boot Barn near several major retailers at The Marketplace at Factoria. 

Located near Interstate 90 and Interstate 405, the Bellevue shopping center is anchored by Target, Nordstrom Rack, and TJ Maxx. Its tenant lineup also includes Ulta Beauty, RH Outlet,  and Old Navy. The center also includes several restaurants and entertainment concepts.
