A new “taste shop” is preparing to open in Parrish. This week, What Now came across plan review documents submitted by Bottega Del Gusto, LLC for a new restaurant by that name to open at 1890 US Hwy 301, Suite 100. (Google Maps places this address in Palmetto.)
Few details are available yet about Bottega Del Gusto. What Now reached out on Thursday to owner Giuseppe Del Sole to ask about plans for the opening. Del Sole was not immediately available for comment.
Del Sole is one of the owners behind Osteria 500, the Italian restaurant and cocktail bar located at Waterside Place in Lakewood Ranch.
The details on the menu at Bottega Del Gusto are not yet available. No opening date has been announced for the restaurant, but it should be expected to launch fairly soon. Bottega Del Gusto’s name came up in an Instagram post published by LifeInParrish back in April about restaurants planned for the area.
“Which one are you most excited to see open first?” the post asked.
