The business center located at 8836 US-19 looks to be welcoming a new restaurant into the mix. It’s called Landy’s Place, and according to plan review documents submitted by Landy’s Place LLC, it’s opening in Unit 2D.

What Now reached out on Thursday to co-owner Lai-Lee Cordero to ask about plans for the opening. Cordero was not immediately available for comment.

That leaves us guessing, for the moment, about the menu to be offered at Landy’s Place, and about its projected opening date.

Opening at 8836 US-19, Landy’s Place would join businesses like indoor playground Thunder Bear’s Discovery Den, sports complex The Alley, and martial arts center Krav Maga Martial Arts.

Stay tuned for more details on Landy’s Place as they become available!
