“Made from scratch, served from the heart,” Chicken Salad Chick is a constant favorite for new and tried-and-true takes on chicken salad. With more than 300 locations in operation, the chain has put chicken salad on the fast-casual map in a big way.
As the brand continues to expand in Tampa Bay and along the Central-Floridian west coast—with locations in Bradenton, Parrish, Seminole, St. Petersburg, and more—it is now at work on a new location in Sarasota.
According to a submitted plan review, a new Salad Chick will open at 6650 Fruitville Road.
Chicken Salad Chick serves up meals like The Chick, served with your choice of any Scoop or Sandwich, plus a choice of Fresh Sides like Broccoli Salad, Grape Salad, Pasta Salad, and Fresh Fruit. Chicken Salad varieties include Barbie Q, the Classic Carol (Our signature chicken salad that got it all started – all white meat, shredded chicken, finely minced celery, mayonnaise & our secret seasoning), and Cranberry Kelli (A mixture of dried, sweetened cranberries & slivered almonds).

Opening in the Fruitville Road location, Chicken Salad Chick would be serving the ER at Fruitville, located at 6760 Fruitville Road.
