A new restaurant is preparing to launch on West Columbus Drive with healthy Latin and Latin fusion cuisine. Called Dishin Delish, it’s opening at 3311 W Columbus Drive, according to submitted plan review documents. (It’s also viewable already on Google Maps!)
What Now confirmed news of the opening on Monday with Maria, owner of the new restaurant. Maria says the restaurant is opening in the coming weeks.
“It’s a small restaurant, a healthy Latin-American place, with lunch and a fusion of some American dishes,” Maria said.
Opening on West Columbus Drive, Dishin Delish will join a community of restaurants that includes Caribbean Twist, Sazón Criollo, Guanabo Coffee Shop, Chiles Mexican Restaurant, and more.
