With twenty-nine locations either open or coming soon in states like Texas and Florida, plus international locations in Mexico, Sweet Paris Crêperie & Cafe is “Reviving the Art of Eating Crepes.” As the crêperie franchise continues to expand, one of its next stops will be in Wesley Chapel, where Sweet Paris Crêperie and Cafe will join the Shops at Wiregrass shopping center this fall.
Opening near the mall’s Center Court, between White House/Black Market and Pottery Barn, Sweet Paris will serve up a menu packed with crepes both sweet and savory. On the savory side are varieties like Chicken Alfredo, Cali Truffle (Turkey, mozzarella, bacon, truffle oil, basil infused cherry tomatoes, avocado, jalepeños & spring mix), and even Philly Cheesesteak—while, on the sweet side, you’ll find flavors like Apple Cinnamon Crème Brulé, Dulce de Leche, and Dubai Chocolate.
“Sweet Paris aims to usher guests away from their daily hustle and bustle and transport them to a unique and delectable dining experience, no passport needed,” says a description on the Shops at Wiregrass website. “Greeted by chic patios, airy interiors, and lively beats, our guests relish in the atmosphere even before menu browsing. The pièce de résistance is certainly the deliciously adorned crêpe.”
At the Shops at Wiregrass, where recently submitted plan review documents place Sweet Paris at 28250 Paseo Drive, Space 530, Bldg 5, Unit 130, the cafe will join restaurants like 365 Caffe Italiano, 3 Natives Acai & Juicery, and 900° Woodfired Pizza.
“While some may see crêpes as overly simple, we wish to elevate the crêpe with our fresh quality ingredients, interesting flavor profiles, and celebratory atmosphere,” says the Sweet Paris website. “From breakfast to dinner, brunch to late dessert, we strive to serve delicious food with a helping of outstanding hospitality. Our beloved guests choose Sweet Paris for routine get-togethers and special milestones alike.”
