Pür & Simple is coming to Peterborough, with a new restaurant planned for 645 Lansdowne Street. According to its website, the Canadian breakfast and brunch chain plans to open in December 2026.
Founded in Laval, Quebec, in 2016, Pür & Simple has grown into a Canadian restaurant chain with locations across several provinces. The restaurant is known for its breakfast, brunch, and all-day lunch offerings. Its menu includes creative takes on classic morning dishes, including Eggs Benedict, pancakes, French toast, waffles, crepes, breakfast bowls, omelettes, and avocado toast.
The company has been expanding its footprint through franchise partnerships. In 2024, the brand announced a 10-store agreement in Ontario with new franchise partners, further increasing its presence in the province. Peterborough is part of a broader wave of Ontario expansion for the brand.
What Now Toronto previously reported that Pür & Simple had at least eight locations under development across Ontario, including Peterborough, along with projects in Milton, Lasalle, London, Stratford, Welland, Woodstock, Sarnia, and Sault Ste. Marie. At the time, the company was also preparing additional restaurants in the province.
