A new Vietnamese restaurant will be bringing a customizable pho concept to Toronto next month. Renso Pho-Potle will open at 506 Queen St. West, according to its website. The concept is slated to soft open on Sept. 19 and a grand opening is planned for Oct. 3.

Renso Pho-Potle will take a page out of the Chipotle handbook with a fast-casual build-your-own-bowl concept, but with pho. Options will include broths, herbs, proteins and toppings.

The concept comes from Renso Foods, a major provider of authentic Asian food products in North America. A group of Vietnamese businesswomen founded Renso Foods in 1997 and it has been growing since then.

What Now Toronto has reached out for more details regarding the opening.
