Pure Vida Miami, a chain which strives to make food that is good and good for you, has set an opening date for its first Virginia location, and it’s scheduled for later this month.
Pure Vida Miami is filling the void at 8296 Glass Alley left by Parc de Ville. The restaurant’s website states that the new Mosaic District storefront will begin greeting guests on May 21, news that will certainly delight area residents who have been anticipating its arrival.
The opening will mark Pure Vida Miami’s Virginia debut; the concept does have one other DMV home, located in Cabin John Village in Potomac, Maryland.
Pure Vida Miami has built its brand around sustainable, healthy, fresh, and delicious food. The website states its missions as: “to provide delicious and healthy food while creating a like-minded community With our diverse range of menu options, including vegan and gluten-free options, we aim to cater to the diverse dietary needs of our customers”
The concept is open all day, allowing diners to enjoy any meal of the day (or snack). Guests can choose from all day breakfast, bowls, salads, sandwiches, wraps, and plates, knowing that their dishes are prepared fresh and without seed oils.
