“Homegrown started as a dream to embrace and celebrate everything Colorado,” according to Homegrown Tap and Dough‘s official website and we love nothing more than a restaurant that utilizes local and fresh ingredients, especially when it comes from the Rockies.
Homegrown Tap and Dough currently has two locations with one in Arvada on 5601 Olde Wadsworth Blvd and another in Wash Park in Denver on 1001 S Gaylord St. A representative from Homegrown wasn’t available to comment, but according to What Now Denver’s real estate intel, it seems like the restaurant has filed for an alcohol permit on 12622 W Ken Caryl Ave in Littleton.
We hope this means the restaurant has plans to open a new restaurant in the Littleton area, because we can always use more wood-fired pizza such as their “Pigs & Pears” with a “roasted Garlic Base, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Goat Cheese, Butternut Squash, Candied Pear, Bacon, Arugula, Balsamic Drizzle,” fresh salads like their shaved Brussel sprouts salad with blue cheese, walnuts, apple and bacon, or entrees like chicken parmesan.
“Each Homegrown features only the best local beers, materials that are found all over Colorado and the west, and flavors that put a twist on traditional Italian Trattorias.”
