Loudoun taco fans may soon have reason to rejoice. Popular chain, Taco Bamba Taqueria, is scouting a location in the Cascades Marketplace, reports local media outlet The Burn.

Taco Bamba is considering a 3,000 square-foot spot located at 21000 Southbank Street. The project is still in the incredibly preliminary stages. Taco Bamba is exploring the feasibility of the location and has not yet signed a lease. As such, it is impossible to project even an estimated opening date.

The Sterling location being scouted by Taco Bamba is already equipped for occupation by a Mexican restaurant, as the space previously housed a Baja Fresh Mexican restaurant. However, the building has been unused for ten years, necessitating renovations should Taco Bamba decide to sign onto the location.

Taco Bamba debuted its first eatery in Falls Church in 2013. Since first opening its doors a decade ago, the chain has expanded to include 16 restaurants spread across Virginia, DC, Maryland, Tennessee, and North Carolina.

Each Taco Bamba menu is uniquely designed to reflect the neighborhood where the restaurant resides. However, every location offers variations on breakfast, bowls, tortas, and-of course-tacos.
