A major player in retail apparel is getting ready to help shoppers face the holiday season. Abercrombie & Fitch is currently under construction at the Annapolis Mall, and aims to be open before November is over.
The popular brand is setting up shop across from Victoria’s Secret in the 1436 Annapolis Mall Road shopping center. According to local media outlet Eye on Annapolis, Abercrombie will be occupying 4,868 square feet. Urban Power, which is providing the electrical work for the storefront, recently posted an update on the renovations necessary to make the space retail ready, saying: “Abercrombie & Fitch renovation in Annapolis Mall is coming together. It’s exciting to see the store and lighting take shape.”
While a precise opening date is not yet available, Abercrombie is on track to be open in time for Black Friday shopping. The concept is one of several exciting new arrivals poised to rejuvenate the Annapolis Mall alongside shops like Pop Mart and Miss A.
Abercrombie & Fitch is certain to be a welcome newcomer, embraced by mall shoppers. The brand has been an apparel staple since its founding in 1892 and now has more than 800 locations open worldwide.
