The Major Grind Cafe is preparing to debut their mobile cafe in San Diego soon. The business will operate from a mobile coffee trailer with a service window. They’re now in search of a location to rise and grind from each day so they can announce an official launch.
According to their recent Instagram posts, the mobile cafe is currently testing recipes using coffee and espresso from local roasters Dark Horse Coffee.
The Major Grind shared their menu this week which features traditional espresso-based drinks with vegan options like their Iced Mocha. They’ll also serve a mix of herbal teas, tea lattes, and Dark Horse Nitro Cold Brew Coffee.
