Harrah’s Resort Southern California is preparing and hiring for their next big-name dining offering, and for this one may they need to roll out the red carpet. Hell’s Kitchen, the restaurant spawned from Fox reality TV show featuring celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay, is heading to Valley Center aka Funner, CA.
According to the Harrah’s Website, the space will be designed with elements inspired by the TV show and will feature a large main dining area, along with two chef’s tables, and two areas available to host private dining and events.
This location will be the fourth Hell’s Kitchen to open, with others in Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, and Dubai.
The spotlight dish on the Hell’s Kitchen menu is Ramsay’s Beef Wellington, a tender medium-rare beef tenderloin wrapped in mushroom and crispy puff pastry. Hell’s Kitchen offers a taste of fine dining with rich seafood dishes, signature beef entrees, and a special Prix Fixe menu option. The restaurant in Vegas also offers a full Vegetarian and Vegan menu.
Harrah’s is currently hiring for the role of General Manager, which signals progress is being made at the highly-anticipated restaurant. Hell’s Kitchen is expected to debut at Harrah’s Resort by Summer 2022. Check out their Website for more information as the resort continues to grow their offerings.
